Terms & Conditions
1. Any application date given is an approximate only due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Nanokote WA agrees to perform the work described on the Proposal Order only. The cost of extra work, e.g. cleaning required to complete job will be an additional to the costs in original proposal.
3. Nanokote WA reserves the right to cancel any order.
4. If you fail to pay a Nanokote WA account when due, you will be liable for all debt collection costs incurred & warranty will be void.
5. All deposits are non-refundable at the company’s discretion. Cancellation will incur a fee of up to 20%.
6. The service provided to you by Nanokote WA will be carried out with due care and skill however no responsibility will be taken for any damage irrespective of how such damage occurred.
7. All work carried out by Nanokote WA is cash on delivery and all accounts must be finalized upon completion of work. A charge of 20% of the total owing will be charged on any monies outstanding 7 days beyond the due date.
8. Nanokote WA accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for pre-existing scratches, blemishes, imperfections or other impediments in the surface to be treated.
9. The Guarantee Against:
a) Surface treated will remain water resistant for the time stated on the warranty certification.
b) Will assist in reducing cleaning time by up to 90% provided cleaning instructions are duly followed.
10. After Care Instructions:
This Guarantee is subject to performance of the following.
a) Nanokote WA treatment is to be maintained strictly in accordance with the cleaning instructions provided at the time of treatment or stated in the warranty certification. Warranty will become void should cleaning instructions not be adhered to.
11. Special Conditions:
a) This guarantee does not apply to areas subject to the use of corrosive or abrasive products nor reticulation spray.
